As for the rest of the question–for me, the low points come when life demands big chunks of my writing time. Lately, there’ve been lots of those busy days, alas, but I’m keeping an important promise to myself: every day, I open my WIP manuscript and add to it. Sometimes just a few sentences, but enough to keep the story bubbling away in the back of my brain.

Funny story: For this anthology, each of the six authors were assigned two astrological signs to write about. I drew Capricorn and Taurus. As part of my research, I had my own natal chart done. I’m a Leo, and it turns out I have Capricorn rising and a Taurus moon!
I’d love to hear from Capricorn and Taurus readers as to whether I captured the essence of their star signs. Ditto for their love interests, a prickly Scorpio and a woo-woo Aquarius.
